Subscriber Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies when you subscribe to a creator on Aria. By subscribing, you agree to both the Terms of Service and this Agreement.

1. What You Get

A subscription gives you access to a creator's subscriber-only content:

Subscriber Sessions: Live sessions marked as subscriber-only by the creator
Recordings: Access to recorded sessions for up to 90 days after the session date
AI Summaries: AI-generated summaries of the creator's sessions

Content availability depends on the creator. Creators control what sessions are subscriber-only, which sessions are recorded, and what content is available for replay.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through web checkout
The subscription price is set by the creator
If a creator does not go live for 30 consecutive days, Aria will automatically pause billing until the creator resumes activity. You will be notified when billing is paused and resumed.
Web checkout avoids app store in-app purchase commissions, meaning more of your subscription goes to the creator

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single tap (Library → Subscriptions → Manage)
After cancellation, you retain access to subscriber content through the end of your current billing period
There are no cancellation fees or penalties
You may resubscribe at any time

4. Refunds

Creator deletes account: You receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in your billing period
Platform outage: If a platform-wide outage prevents access to subscriber content for an extended period, you may receive account credit
Dissatisfaction: Subscriptions are non-refundable based on dissatisfaction with content. We encourage you to explore a creator's free Public Sessions before subscribing.
Blocked without cause: If a creator blocks you without a stated reason and you believe the block is unjustified, contact support@aria-live.app for mediation

5. Subscriber Obligations

As a subscriber, you agree to:

No recording or redistribution: Do not record, capture, or redistribute subscriber content through any means (screen recording, external devices, third-party tools)
No credential sharing: Your subscription is personal. Do not share your account or stream subscriber sessions to non-subscribers.
Respect session rules: Follow the Community Guidelines and any additional rules set by the creator for their sessions
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription

6. Blocked by a Creator

Creators may block individual users from their sessions. If you are blocked:

You retain access to previously recorded sessions and AI summaries for the remainder of your billing period
You are excluded from live sessions hosted by that creator
If you were blocked for violating session rules or Community Guidelines, no refund is issued
If you believe you were blocked without cause, contact support@aria-live.app

7. Payment Security

All payments are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
Aria does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers
All payment pages are served over HTTPS with TLS encryption

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of subscription features after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
